In-Store Return & Exchange
For faster and more simple processing, we handle all returns and exchanges in-store at one of our locations.
Please bring your item(s) in person along with proof of purchase (order number / receipt).
No online returns or mail-ins are accepted for in-store processed transactions.

Important Return Information
- All returned items incur a 20% restocking fee (or $20 minimum, whichever is greater).
- The restocking fee must be paid before any refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges and any secondary fees.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with authenticity tag still attached, and include all original packaging/accessories (box, tags, laces, bags, etc.).
- Non-returnable items include: sale items, items under $100, pre-owned items, or items sold before official release date.
- Return requests must be submitted and processed within 5 days of order receipt.
- If items fail inspection or do not meet our Return Policy requirements, the return will be declined.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns (unworn, tags attached, full original packaging).
- If the new item(s) you want have a lower value than what you're exchanging, the difference will be issued as a gift card.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, with the item shipped/returned within 5 days of approval.
- Items must meet our full Exchange Policy — if they do not, the exchange will not be accepted.
