Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 11/25/2024-1/5/2025:
If a customer makes a purchase on or after November 25th 2024, the customer has until January 5th 2025 to return or exchange their purchase. All return policy rules still apply that are listed below.
All items submitted for return must meet the requirements of our Return Policy in order to process a refund:
- Eligible return items must be unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition as received.
- Eligible returns items must have our authenticity tag still attached. If removed, the item is not valid to be returned, and any return is voided.
- Eligible return items must be received with the original box and or packaging/accessories. (Ex. Laces, Product Tags, Clothing Bags, Original Shipping Box or another Shipping Box etc.)
- Items that cannot be returned include: sale items, items under $100, items sold before their official release date or pre-owned item.
- All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of order receipt and/or shipped back within 5 days of the return request approval.
- For successful returns, items must be sent back in a dedicated corrugated fiberboard shipping box using the provided label, in order to maintain the condition of the item(s) original packaging. Please ensure shipping compliance to avoid return voidance.
If you believe the item(s) you received is not in the described condition, is damaged or defective, please reach out to help@bullseyesb.com and our customer service team will more than happy to assist you and resolve the order issue(s).
ONLINE RETURNS
To begin the return process, customers must start by filling out the return request form. You must fully complete the return request form with all required details before submission. If the order contained multiple items, you must specify which item(s) within the order you wish to return. After the return request form is submitted, we ask you to give our team 24 hours to review and respond to your return request. If the return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance in the form of an invoice via email. This invoice is for the item(s) being returned and will include a 20% re-stocking fee or a $20 minimum (whichever is greater) as well as any return shipping charges. You have up to 48 hours to pay your return invoice from when it is sent. If you do not pay your invoice within 48 hours then the return is voided. If you do not ship back the return within 48 hours of receiving the return shipping label the return is voided. Please allow 5-7 business days once your return has been received, to inspect and authenticate the item(s) and to process your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method of the original order, excluding the original order shipping charges and secondary shipping charges in order to process the returned item(s). If we receive your return item(s) and there are any discrepancies upon inspection and/or the item(s) fail meet our requirements as seen in our Return Policy, the item(s) will not be refunded, and will be sent back to the customer once an additional invoice for return shipping costs has been paid.
IN-STORE RETURNS
All returned item(s) will incur a 20% re-stocking fee or a $20 minimum (whichever is greater). This 20% fee must be paid before the original payment is returned to the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method of the original order, excluding any original order shipping charges and or secondary charges in order to process the returned item(s). If we receive your return item(s) and there are any discrepancies upon inspection and/or the item(s) fail meet our requirements as seen in our Return Policy, the item(s) will not be refunded, and the return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All items submitted for exchange must meet the requirements our Exchange Policy in order to process an exchange:
- Eligible exchange items must be unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition as received.
- Eligible exchange items must have our authenticity tag still attached. If removed, the item is not valid to be exchanged, and any exchange is voided.
- Eligible exchange items must be received with the original box and or packaging/accessories. (Ex. Laces, Product Tags, Clothing Bags, etc.)
- Items that cannot be exchanged include: sale items, items sold before their official release date or pre-owned items.
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of order receipt and/or shipped back within 5 days of the exchange request approval.
- For successful exchanges, item(s) must be sent back in a dedicated corrugated fiberboard shipping box using the provided label, in order to maintain the condition of the item(s) original packaging. Please ensure shipping compliance to avoid exchange voidance.
ONLINE-EXCHANGES

If the order contained multiple items, you must specify which item(s) within the order you wish to exchange along with the item(s) you wish to receive instead. After the exchange request form is submitted, we ask you to give our team 24 hours to review and respond to your exchange request. If the exchange request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance in the form of an invoice for return shipping and or additional cost of the exchanged item(s). If the item that you are exchanging for is less than the value of the item that you have previously purchased, you will receive a gift card for the difference in value. You have up to 48 hours to pay your exchange invoice from when it is sent. If you do not pay your invoice within 48 hours then the exchange is voided. If you do not ship back the exchanged item within 48 hours of receiving the return shipping label the exchange is voided. Once the invoice is paid, we will send you a shipping label for you to send the item(s) back to us. Please allow 5-7 business days once your return has been received, to inspect and authenticate the item(s) and to process your exchange. If your item(s) is accepted, you will receive a second invoice for the shipping cost of the replacement item(s). Once this invoice has been paid, your item(s) will be shipped and you will be provided a new tracking number via email. The exchange items will only be shipped to the original shipping address previously provided in the original order. If we receive your exchange item(s) and there is a discrepancy upon inspection and or the item(s) fail meet our requirements as seen in our Exchange Policy, the item(s) will not be exchanged, and will be sent back to the customer once an additional invoice for return shipping costs has been paid.
