In 1997, the Jordan brand released the Jordan 12 classic “Taxi”. Later this month, “Red Taxi” will release. Black, white, and red color the Jordan 12 silhouette and the “Taxi” gold accents are replaced with silver and red. The 2024 “Red Taxi” showcases a red midsole section (previously gold) and red eyelets. Red will also provide branding accents on the shoe’s tongue and heel. Tumbled leather and textured sections provide dimension for the silhouette. Still largely monochromatic, this release will bring a subtle pop of color to a wardrobe and tie together both bright and neutral styles.
