Philly Freshest Fit Contest - Official Terms and Conditions

Contest Overview

The #PhillyFreshestFit Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Bullseye ("Sponsor"), located at 1509 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Eligibility

• Contest open to individuals 13+ years of age

• Participants under 18 must have signed parental/guardian consent

• Must be able to visit our Philadelphia location in person

• For minors: parent/guardian must be present for prize pickup and assumes all legal responsibilities

• Employees of Bullseye and immediate family members are not eligible

• One entry per person

Contest Period

Contest begins Sunday, June 29, 2025, and runs until July 31st or until supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Entry Requirements

• Purchase of white Air Force 1 sneakers at $90 retail price required (one per customer)

• Must photograph outfit in designated Air Force Room at 1509 Walnut St

• Must post photo on personal Instagram story or timeline

• Must tag @BullseyePhilly in the post

• Private Instagram accounts must also send photo via direct message to @BullseyePhilly

• Participant grants Sponsor right to repost photo on social media platforms

• New outfit required for Round 2 (if advancing)

Prize Details

Grand Prize: Up to 100 pairs of Air Force 1 sneakers over winner's lifetime

• Maximum one pair every 30 days

• Winner must collect in person with valid ID

• Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian for all pickups

• Parent/guardian assumes responsibility for minor's prize collection

• Shoes non-transferable and cannot be collected by others

• Size availability subject to current inventory

• No cash alternative provided

Winner Selection

• Round 1: Top 10 contestants with most public votes advance

• Round 2: Final winner selected by Instagram voting

• Sponsor reserves right to verify vote authenticity

• Decision is final and binding

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants responsible for styling and outfit coordination

• Must comply with store policies during visits

• Required to appear in promotional materials if requested

• Participants under 18 must have completed parental consent form before entry

• Parents/guardians of minors are responsible for all contest-related activities

Limitations of Liability

• Sponsor not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or voting irregularities

• Prize fulfillment subject to business operations and inventory availability

• Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value

• Participant assumes all risks associated with prize acceptance

• Sponsor not liable for injuries or damages during contest participation

General Conditions

• Contest void where prohibited by law

• Sponsor reserves right to modify or cancel contest with reasonable notice

• Non-compliance with terms may result in disqualification

• Disputes subject to Pennsylvania state law and Philadelphia jurisdiction

• By participating, contestants agree to these terms and waive claims against Sponsor
