VLONE se originó en el año 2011 en Harlem, Nueva York. Al comienzo de esta empresa creativa, las partes involucradas eran A$AP Rocky, A$AP Bari, Playboi Carti e Ian Connor. La mayoría de ellos son conocidos en la industria de la música, excepto Ian Connor, quien originalmente es conocido como una personalidad influyente de la moda y la cultura callejera. Si prestas mucha atención a A$AP Rocky y Playboy Carti, verás que incluso tienen un tatuaje que representa a la marca, lo que realmente muestra su amor por el arte y la marca.
