Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bullseye Sneaker Boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DELIVERY
All orders placed online will be processed through our internal verification process. This process may take up to 24 hours and must be completed before your order is fulfilled. Once your order has successfully passed through verification, your order will be packaged, and you will receive an order update containing tracking information via email.
All orders placed in the United States will be shipped via UPS and delivered to you within 1-4 business days after the order has passed verification, depending on the selected shipping speed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.
All orders placed internationally (delivery outside the United States) will be shipped via UPS. We, unfortunately cannot guarantee exact shipping times for international orders, but we ask that you reach out if your order isn’t received within 7 days.
CANCELATIONS
Our order verification and fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, and we are unable to assist with cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be held to our return or exchange policy as follows.
If an item(s) ordered is unavailable, Bullseye SB reserves the right to cancel your order or item(s) within your order at any time. We will provide you with a full refund of the unavailable item(s) to the payment method on file for the order. You will be notified via email if any order or the item(s) with your order are unavailable to be fulfilled and will receive confirmation of any and all refunds issued.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be temporarily delayed, please allow additional days in-transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone that is provided at checkout.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on carrier, service and weight.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur for any reason.
Bullseye Sneaker Boutique ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and most countries internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bullseye Sneaker Boutique is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied or imposed on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bullseye Sneaker Boutique is not liable for any product damage or loss during shipping of your order once the parcel has left our facility. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping company responsible to file a claim. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
